We are very niche in our investment area, this allows us to be able to show all of our clients, both old and new, exactly the facts and figures regarding the investments we show the since we are so experienced in our selected areas.

With this in mind, our main focal point of investment area is the valleys in South Wales, since in those areas you are able to purchase “cheap” properties that have a high yield (yield typically predicts cash flow) in areas where you can expect long term tenants to stay and look after your investment property. As with every location anywhere in the world, there are good and bad spots, and once of the major benefits of working with us is we are able to advise you on the pros and cons of each specific investment area so you can be confident of the area and importantly the demographic of the tenant you are likely to have live in the property.

To further elaborate on areas, we do not branch out into areas, for example, in the Brecon Beacons, but the majority of our investment areas have easily accessible links to the Brecon beacons, meaning you will be purchasing a property in an ideal location with a good tenant demographic, and also one with great transport links, which has the added benefit of creating a very high rental demand for the area.

The majority of our investment areas has easily accessible transport links to Cardiff and Newport too, meaning that any tenant living at the property will have easy access to the major surrounding city centers, should they wish.
